Project ASPIRE allows me to deepen and refine the skills I learned as a registered behavior technician to provide children with the strongest learning opportunities possible. The program aligns well with my desire to become a more confident, knowledgeable, and collaborative clinician.”

“Through Project ASPIRE, I hope to expand my understanding of child-centered intervention and learn how to better support children with disabilities in a natural, play-based way. I want to grow more confident in interprofessional collaboration, advocacy, and culturally responsive practice. After completing my degree, I hope to advocate for the rights and needs of children with disabilities, particularly in expanding access to quality pediatric services. I am also passionate about promoting sensory-friendly environments in schools, public spaces, and community programs so that all individuals, regardless of sensory profile, can participate fully and comfortably. My long-term goal is to be both a clinician and a voice for inclusive, child-centered change.

Fun Fact: “I grew up in the cheer and dance world and have had the incredible experience of capturing the Exceptional Athletes as they competed for a World Championship and later celebrated together at their gala. This event remains one of my favorite moments each year and serves as a powerful reminder of why I love working with children of all abilities.”
