“I chose Project ASPIRE because of my personal experience growing up with childhood epilepsy and having teachers who helped me feel capable and supported. That shaped my desire to help children build confidence and independence in the same way. I’m especially drawn to ASPIRE because it provides training and mentorship to help me do that in a meaningful, evidence-based way. Through Project ASPIRE, I hope to strengthen my clinical skills in supporting children’s development, especially in areas like social communication and play. I’m also excited to learn how to apply approaches like DIR/Floortime and work within a collaborative team.”

“My future career goals include working with children with multiple disabilities and mentoring future students as a clinical instructor.”
